If you discover a security vulnerability, we encourage you to report it responsibly by contacting us at: support@tickethubpro.com.

We commit to:

  • Acknowledging receipt of the report within 48 hours
  • Providing an initial assessment within 5 business days
  • Resolving critical vulnerabilities as quickly as possible

6. Security Incidents

In the event of a personal data breach (data breach), we commit to:

  • Notifying the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours as required by the GDPR
  • Informing affected users without undue delay
  • Documenting the incident and the corrective measures taken
  • Implementing preventive actions to avoid recurrence of the incident
