1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ticket Hub Pro, the user accepts these terms of service in their entirety. The service is provided by LM Servizi e Consulenze IT.

2. Service Description

Ticket Hub Pro is a ticket management platform that enables organisations to:

• Manage support requests and reports
• Organise work by departments and agents
• Track priorities, tags and releases
• Communicate with their customers via portal and public form

3. Account and Access

Access to the service requires an account. The user is responsible for the security of their credentials and all activities carried out through their account.

It is prohibited to share access credentials with unauthorised third parties.

4. Plans and Payments

The service is available in various plans, from free to custom:

• Monthly or annual payment — the annual plan includes a 15% discount
• Prices may be updated with 30 days' notice
• Plan details can be found on the plans page

5. Acceptable Use

The user agrees not to use the service for:

• Illegal or unauthorised purposes
• Violation of third-party rights
• Sending spam or malicious content
• Attempts at unauthorised access to other accounts or data

6. Intellectual Property

All code, design and content of Ticket Hub Pro are the exclusive property of LM Servizi e Consulenze IT.

The user retains ownership of their own data entered into the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be free of errors or interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

8. Cancellation

The user may cancel their account at any time. Data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated via email with at least 15 days' advance notice.
